New England Bloody Mary

  • 1.5 oz Smithworks Vodka
  • 3 oz New England Bloody Mary mix

New England Bloody Mary Mix (Makes enough for 4 cocktails):

  • 1 can (11.5 oz.) tomato-vegetable juice
  • 1 can (5.5 oz.) tomato-clam juice
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 3 pinches black pepper
  • 3 pinches salt

Shrimp Garnish

  • 12 large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp seafood seasoning

Preheat grill. Clean shrimp leaving end of tail section. Place tails in bowl, cover with melted butter and seafood seasoning and mix quickly. Grill shrimp over medium high heat appox 2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

To Make Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 1.5 oz Smithworks Vodka and 3 oz Bloody Mary mix and shake until ice cold. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish glass with 3 shrimp, one lemon wedge, and one celery spear (optional).
